Mr. Green,  an Honorable discharged Veteran, has over 40 years of construction experience in roads and bridges (horizontal construction) and building (vertical construction) with over 30 years in the State of Florida.  He is experienced with both public sector agencies and private companies, in Florida and has prepared CPM schedules with a value over $1.8 billion for various contractors, consultants and state agencies over the past 20 years.  He also was heavily involved in claims avoidance, constructability reviews, cost estimates and bidability plan reviews.
